Try calling the HDB Resale Hotline (1800 866 3066) to find out who your HLE application agent is. Try to contact them and ask them to speed up the process. I received it at 5pm that same day!

🏠 PAYMENTS: Record every detail – get the grant amount, loan amount, provident fund, savings and all miscellaneous funds you are eligible for! See if you can afford the house you’re looking at.

🏠 IMPORTANT: If you still can’t afford the remaining lease payments on your home at age 95, an older home will reduce your loan amount.

🏠 If you like this house and your HLE is ready, you will need to pay a $1,000 non-refundable purchase option (OTP), so be prepared when you view the house. The deposit is only for completing the actual resale application, but does not include any renewals required by the seller.
